Position: ADMIN STAFF/OFFICER
 
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course.
Preferably with experience in performing administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of HR and admin-related functions is an advantage.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the initiative to learn independently.
Job Summary:
The Admin Staff/Officer ensures smooth office operations by providing essential administrative support to management and the team. This role involves handling daily tasks, maintaining schedules, fostering clear communication, and ensuring the timely completion of projects, all while upholding a high standard of efficiency and professionalism.
Duties and responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative tasks while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Assist top management in managing employees and handling HR-related concerns.
Prepare and submit regular reports for top management.
Conduct office work, including printing, encoding, data analysis, and document editing.
Monitor emails and ensure timely responses.
Act as a point of support to protect and uphold management's interests.
Set reminders and manage schedules for management and the company.
Conserve executive time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
Manage executive appointment schedules, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
Communicate effectively with guests, suppliers, and customers in person, via email, or over the phone.
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
Ensure the timely completion of projects by reminding employees of their assigned tasks.
Facilitate clear and effective communication across the company to prevent miscommunication.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
