JOB SUMMARY:
The role is primary responsible for the execution of sales and trade marketing plans. It works alongside the sales and merchandising force to deliver their objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Monitor and submit reports on the executions and implementations of trade and marketing promos, these includes NATPRO, Local program, merchandising incentive program, POP materials.
2) Check the availability and distributions of must carry sku's on the top 50 accounts on a per Distributor.
3) Ensure the right max cap on regular shelves and mass display is implemented. Make necessary recommendations as needed (ie increase of visibility of Natpro, maintain eye level for fast moving SKU's based on the profile of store). All findings and recommendations shall be endorsed to Merchandising Officer for necessary action.
4) Validate the deployment of the merchandisers based on the submitted deployment report of TPA. Check also the Coordinators visit in the stores.
5) Ensure the following Merchandising standard is followed; Pricing, Plan-o-gram, FIFO/FEFO, maxcap.
6) Point person for the Merchandising Materials during Merchandising Blitz. (Postering, Shelf Frame).
7) Check and audit the approved rented display. (size, location and condition of module).
8) Willing to be assigned to Central Visayas, Negros and Panay Island.
