TEAM LEADER - TELESALES
 
Qualifications:
Honest - At our company, Honesty is Job number 1. 
College level (College graduate preferred) 
At least 2 years experience in Telemarketing and/or Telesales (preferably with sales experience in Pharmacy / Pharma Distributor industry) 
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Email)
Social Media Savvy - well-versed in FB, Instagram, FB Messenger and Viber.
Train New Telemarketers in your sales team.
Develop and Implement Strategies to accomplish the team's sales goals.
Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Sales Team.
Coaches Team Members to help them overcome challenges, develop skills and reach their full potential.
Coordinates with the Sales Support Team for efficient order fulfillment, payment processing and delivery and/or shipping.
Makes numerous outbound calls and emails to potential customers.
Answering calls, emails, messaging apps from customers.
Requesting and recording customer's personal information and documentary requirements accurately.
Handles inquiries from existing and new customers and provides details about the products offered to them over the phone.
Convert prospects into actual sales.
Willing to work in Highway, Tipolo, Mandaue City.
