Job Description
Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Implement strategies to improve service quality and profitability. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback. Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas.
Assist in menu planning and development. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and expectations. Maintain a positive and productive work environment. Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Prepare reports on sales and operational performance. Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
At least High School or Vocational Graduate. With minimum of 2 years working experience in a restaurant/coffee shop. Exceptional organisational leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations. Overseas experience is an added advantage.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
