Job Description
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the baking industry, including hotels, bakeries, restaurants and cafes.
• Sell and promote a range of baking products, including flour, bakery and pastry premixes, and other specialty ingredients.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet those requirements.
• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Customer Focused: Excellent client relationship-building skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Report regularly on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience: 3+ years in sales within the baking industry or FMCG sector, preferably with experience working with companies like QNIE, Adinsa, Valencia, or Al Maktab Al Hollandi.
: In-depth knowledge of baking industry products, from flour to bakery and pastry premixes, and a strong understanding of what chefs and bakers need in professional kitchens
Valid Qatari light vehicle driving license with a clean driving record.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and close sales.
• Baking Skills: Hands-on baking skills and the ability to conduct product demos are highly desirable. Qualified certifications in baking or culinary arts, as well as experience leading product demos or training sessions, would be a big plus.
