STORE TEAM LEADER
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Leadership & Management:
Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills.
Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.
Sales & Customer Service:
Drive store sales by implementing promotional strategies and optimizing product placement.
Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling best practices and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Operations:
Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and loss prevention.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Oversee store merchandising to maintain a visually appealing environment.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging communication and teamwork.
Resolve conflicts and address performance issues promptly and effectively.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding sales, inventory, and staffing.
Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; College Level are welcome to apply
Previous retail management experience, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
