A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead or participate/perform designs related to electrical and electronics of the product
• Supervise or create schematic diagrams and wiring/harness design and guide
• Lead or layout PCB
• Select parts/components
• Perform design analysis like worst case analysis, DFMEA, thermal analysis and RPA
• Perform simulations and detailed analysis
• Lead engineers or performs design verifications and validations • Lead or do prototyping, power up and troubleshooting
• Mentor or collaborate to fellow engineers
• Guide or perform related documentations
• Ensure on time delivery of the project/task
• In general, shows maturity in supporting all the technical needs of the product related to electricals and electronics
 
B. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Educational Background: - Must be graduate of engineering course preferably EE, EcE and ComE
• Experience: - Must be experienced in doing designs related to electrical and electronics for not less than 5 years.
 
• Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
a. Must have deeper engineering knowledge
b. Knowledgeable in electrical and electronic components functions and operation
c. Expert in prototyping, testing and troubleshooting
d. Adept in using engineering tools like DMM, LCR, oscilloscopes, etc.
e. Able to use computer aided simulation, circuit and PCB design tools
f. Having high analytical and technical skills
g. Able to interpret or read schematic diagrams
h. Hardworking, smart, open-minded, flexible and can work under pressure and with lesser supervision
i. Able to lead engineers or a team and to demonstrate technical expertise
