Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
Prepares recipe, costing, procedure of newly developed product and established standards prior to launching once approved.
Conducts training for new product launches or any process improvement established.
Document recipes, standards, system or procedures needed for R&D developments.
