Job Description
Manage food preparation and ensure high-quality standards across all menu items.
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Maintain kitchen equipment and assist in menu planning to enhance guest dining experiences.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a VIP lounge or high-standard culinary setting.
Proven expertise in preparing a variety of dishes with a focus on quality and presentation.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety practices.
