Job Responsibility
 
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes and inquiries
• Manage the recruitment and manpower planning
• Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration
• Help communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Support performance appraisal processes, including data collection and analysis
• Assist in the development of the performance improvement plan • Handle employee inquiries and concerns, and escalate to management when necessary
• Mediate minor disputes and conflicts
• Maintain training records and assist with employee development initiatives
• Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcounts, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as surveys and culture building activities.
• Assist in the processing of government mandated employment-related issues.
 
Skills & Qualification:
 
• Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Or Related field ( Preferred)
• Previous minimum 5 years call center experience in HR similar role or related roles is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Personal Attributes
