HIRING: SALES RELEASING OFFICER
 
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Admin Releasing Officer to prepare documents (sales invoice, delivery receipt, insurance, loan) needed prior releasing
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with various departments including sales, finance, and inventory management to streamline sales releasing processes.
Submit all documents to bank which are needed for collections.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the position, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication skills and keen to details.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and ethical conduct.
