As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities are:
 
Active Sales Engagement
Directly engage in selling activities, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Lead by example, showcasing effective sales techniques to the team.
Develop and maintain key client relationships, managing significant accounts personally.
Team Leadership and Development:
Oversee and mentor the team of Sales Account Executives.
Foster skill development and provide training to enhance team performance.
Create a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
Government Bidding and Meeting Participation:
Actively participate in government bidding processes, including document preparation and submission.
Attend pre-bid meetings, presentations, and other relevant meetings to represent the company effectively.
Manage Key Client Relationships:
Nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the management of client portfolios to ensure continued satisfaction and growth.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and evaluate team performance against sales goals.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales metrics and strategic outcomes.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes for increased efficiency.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and sales management, with hands-on experience in direct selling.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
