With at least 1 year experience in customer center & sales experience, preferably in telecommunications
Job Description:
Receive customer concerns over the phone / email / chat
Wow customers with your ability to resolve their concerns with enthusiasm
Process inbound sales calls to create a positive experience for customers to generate sales
Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back, and every point of customer contact is a potential sale
Contact leads to generate sales
