As a Sales Associate in the furniture department, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their furniture needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and foster strong customer relationships while displaying our extensive range of furniture products.
 
Job Description:
Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs, style preferences, and budget constraints. Provide product knowledge, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
Maintain a visually appealing and organized furniture department. Ensure furniture displays are well-stocked, properly labeled, and aesthetically pleasing.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, product availability, and order status.
And other administrative task
Job Requirements:
At least College graduate
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
Flexibility to work including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift and move furniture pieces as required for display and customer assistance.
Will be assigned in-store
