Qualifications:
Preferably Female or Male
Must be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
With experience in the same field is highly advantage
With good written and oral communication skills
Able to handle different kinds of events in hotel industry
With passion to entertain different kinds of personalities of every guests
Flexible to changes and has sense of responsibility
With experience on the same field is a plus
With pleasing personality

Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes and improves the reputation of the hotel by offering a very personalized style of service as per hotel's standard operating procedures.
Handles all types of events or functions
Seeks ways to increase bookings through internal and external sources by acting as a promoter
Conceptualizes and develops banquet packages in coordination with F&B Management and Sales & Marketing Department
Coordinates with the reservations for bookings, handling inquiries, developing contracts, obtaining payment information to hold reservations, faxing information and all guest related details for the booked event.
Meets or talks directly with clients in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Department
Compose, publish and distribute Banquet Event Order (BEO), Banquet Function Plan (BFP) and Action Memo to all department heads and personnel involved in servicing banquet function
Works with the management and other heads of departments at all times and assists in carrying out special requirements and duties necessary in adding to the guest's general comfort and well being
Coordinates constantly with the Banquet Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of events and functions and to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Assists in taking responsibility for handling guest's complaints
Facilitates and leads coordination meetings among departments and other concerned personnel who are involved in servicing banquet event function
Be willing to work weekends, nights and holidays depending on business needs. Duty hours vary depending on the schedule of events.
Performs other duties requested or assigned by the management.
