Primary Responsibilities: ??
?? * Coordinate and work closely with Learning & Solutions, WFM and Operations team related to allocation of resources for scheduled training batches
?? * Work closely with Training Leaders
?? * Allocating resources for ramp plans
?? * Interns pull outs from Operations
?? * Training Ramp readiness, Training Governance & reporting files
?? * Leadership reporting and highlight any red flags
?? * Manage and coordinate Training Staff Ratio Adherence reporting
?? * Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The most challenging part of this role? Effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on project implementations. Our teams require flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools. You'll need to drive collaboration in a cross-matrix environment leveraging your ability to build relationships and keep on track with the project scope and timeline. ?
Required Qualifications: ??
?? * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
?? * 5+ years of experience as a WFM leader
?? * Experience in analyzing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives
?? * Solid background in capacity planning or workforce/staffing management
?? * Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
?? * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
