REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE STAFF
Job Scope
Responsible for the proper maintenance and up keep of the following building equipment and facilities:
Electrical System
Air-conditioning Systems
Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System
Drainage system
Introduce safety controls in Electrical systems
Implements the set procedures and work instructions for the specific maintenance
Coordinate with the Building/Facilities Engineer
Ensure Daily Monitoring Checklist Standard and preventive maintenance schedule are being followed
Coordinate on the application of different pest controls methods such as fogging, residual spraying and misting
Competency Requirements
Engineering graduate, preferably Electrical or registered Master Electrician
With minimum 2 years of relative work experience
Deep knowledge and experience in maintenance/repair, electrical protection, panel board and building maintenance.
Knowledge in electronics and electrical systems
Basic knowledge in automotive, plumbing, welding and fabrication works
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
