SALESMAN
JOB SCOPE
Ø Responsible for the overall sales management of accounts in Vis-Min area by ensuring that all Territory and Cluster programs and activities are executed in a manner that will produce good business.
Ø Leads and manages the whole sales team to deliver and exceed the set revenue business and strategic objectives of the GAFNI sales operation
Ø Build and maintain relationships with swine, poultry, and backyard farms
Ø The position provides a leadership role in leading the execution of sales and marketing strategies in order to expand and grow the business in the Vis-Min areas
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
 
Ø 5-year Sales Management experience particularly in Managing VisMin Feed sales experience is a requirement
Ø Knowledgeable of the Animal Industry
Ø Knowledgeable of the local market
Ø Strong history of successful selling record.
Ø Must Possesses good knowledge of economics and how current market trends/behavior influence sales.
Ø Data Mining and Analysis Identifying Areas for Opportunities and Threats
Ø Creating and Executing Marketing Plans
Ø Creating Business Reports and Presentations
Ø Handling Customer Complaints with Empathy
Ø Maintaining Rapport and Establishing Strong Partnership
Ø Collection and Remedial Management
Ø Coaching and Mentoring
Ø Maintaining Rapport and Establishing Strong Partnership
Ø Must have a valid driver's license, work involves field travel
