Agents recruitment and on-boarding
Carry out Converge directives and cascade to field agents including selling SLIs.
Sales capacity build up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 Years Experience as (Trainor from Recruitment Agency)
With pleasing personality
College graduate (4 years course)
Proficient in MS Office and other systems tools
Resident within NCR
(Optional) Actively participating in the activities organized by LGUs wherein he/she is a resident.
