JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A BS Graduate of Food Technology, Applied Science in Quality Assurance Management or any related science, business or engineering courses.
Must have at least one (1) year training and experience in quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Must be knowledgeable in the required quality system.
o Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points(HACCP)
o Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP)
Must possess a general knowledge of analytical methods for which one performs data review.
