Implements the QA (Quality Assurance) operations tasks. Ensures workflow is being followed and executes their delegated task. Help meet team productivity and adhering to the objective to ensure quality standards and improve the delivery of all systems-related transactions and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Must be a Bachelor Graduate of ICT or any Engineering related course
Relevant Experience:
Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the field of telecommunication, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must have at least 1 year of driving experience with a professional license
Must have Telecommunications Industry Certificates
Must be Knowledgeable in basic data communications
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office and its applications
Business Understanding:
Must have 3 years of quality assurance function in a telco or ICT related business
Must have 2 years of experience working as a specialist in any customer service function in a telco or ICT related business
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
SLI INSPECTION
Conducts quality inspection of Contractor's line installation to ensure quality installation standards are followed. This is to ensure the integrity of installation bill batches of contractors are randomly validated within the SLA-15 days
COMPLAINT AND FRAUD INVESTIGATION
Conducts Investigation of reported fraud or extortion of technician, undeclared Overspan and No Pole attachment installations, or used of residential accounts to business.
ACCEPTANCE (PAT/FAT) ACTIVITY: MDU for RFS
Conducts and provide timely support to conduct acceptance activity. Deliver PAT/FAT to ensure new facilities are ready for service
TECHNICAL SUPPORT: SITE SURVEY, WIRELESS DEVICES DEPLOYMENT AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Provide technical support to resolve wireless connection and application problem reported by (VIP and high revenue residential accts) customers.
Serve as a consultant to client to recommend necessary hardware requirements to obtain the benefits of having a connected home network
