Job Description
The Project Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the project from the time started up to its completion. The job functions include planning, directing, assessing, and evaluating the project in order to meet or exceeds customers expectations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Pre-Coordination Works
Conducts meeting with the assigned account manager and team members to discuss project expectations.
Ensures that initial site survey has been conducted in coordination with client's contact person/project-in-charge concerning site conditions, identification of utilities and its locations such as but not limited to electrical, data and LAN.
Assesses and evaluates the approved drawing documents VS actual site survey. If amendments occur, recommends action to be taken to the immediate superior for approval.
Identifies and applies house rules/regulations of the facilitated building such as but not limited to work delivery schedules, processing of any related permits such as gate pass, work permit etc. Ensures that the house rules and regulations must be communicated to the concerned assigned employees.
Supervises the site tapping/marking on the project site.
B. On- Going Coordination Works
Attends all project site meetings and recommends action to be taken (if needed) to the immediate superior for additional requirements and/or special instructions.
Validates the installation activities, re: Drawing documents VS Actual Workmanship.
c. POST COORDINATION WORKS
Schedules walk -through with the Client's (project-in-charge), Project Supervisor and assigned Team Leader for punch listing.
Facilitates and ensures that all punch listed items will be acted upon according to the agreed timeline of all concerned parties.
Prepares, facilitates and secures the Acceptance Certificate duly acknowledged by the assigned project-in-charge (on the part of the client) when the project completed.
Others
Assists in the dispatching/assigning work schedules of the installation crews in the absence of Project Supervisor.
Assists in quality checking of finish goods (imported and customized items) if required.
Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
