Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a competent and efficient Personal Assistant to one of our Executive in their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and respond to emails, phone calls and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare documents, reports and presentations as needed.
Conduct research and compile information as requested.
Coordinate and manage special projects and events.
Handle personal tasks and errands as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
