We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO, preferably located in Cebu or Mandaue City. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs. The candidate should also have access to a motorbike for errands such as processing paperwork, picking up items, purchasing supplies, and canvassing pricing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Conduct research and prepare documents and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and project planning.
- Communicating with Amazon for various purposes.
- Reporting infringements (e.g., copyright violations, hijackers) on Amazon.
- Submit images for copyright registration to the United States Copyright Office and perform keyword research.
- Writing product descriptions and copy for new products on Amazon.
- Assisting the CEO with additional tasks as needed.
- Maintaining visibility on Slack (communication tool) during the contractor's working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Preferably based in Cebu City or Mandaue.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- With strong organizational and English communication skills.
- With attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- With discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Must have access to a motorbike for errands and on-the-ground tasks.
- With own personal computer/ laptop, online tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Suite).
- Ability to switch between in-person and remote (WFH) tasks as needed.
- Quick thinking and ability to address challenges.
