Bluewater Maribago is looking for a: PASTRY CHEF
 
The Pastry Chef is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and supervising all activities of pastry section personnel engaged in baking cakes, pastries, desserts, and bread required by various outlets; ensuring production and consistent quality, within the limits of established policies, procedure of F/B recipes, oversee and direct all aspects of Pastry Shop operation, delegate work to his subordinates, organize his work efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
Determines work schedules of the Department/ Section's personnel; records attendance and accomplishments of personnel; endorses unfinished duties to incoming shift in appropriate logbooks.
Supervise the function of all pastry employees, facilities, and costs, hence contributing to maximizing the overall F/B department profit.
Control and analyze, on an ongoing basis the following: Sufficient production, quality level, presentation, marketing, and guest satisfaction.
Prepare Requisition for all goods needed.
Prepare standard Recipes for Exec. Chef approval.
