Job Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Operations Clerk with Accounting Exposure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, excels in administrative functions, and has exposure to accounting processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Administrative Support:
Efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
Provide support to various departments as needed, contributing to the smooth flow of office operations.
Accounting Assistance:
Assist the accounting team in basic financial tasks, such as data entry.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate communication within the office and with external parties.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and information flow.
Data Management:
Maintain organized electronic and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
 
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to basic accounting tasks.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software a great advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work Metrics:
Timely completion of administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of office operations.
Accurate and timely processing of basic accounting transactions.
Effective coordination and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintenance of organized and up-to-date records.
