GENERAL VA WITH ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND
 
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and is available to start straight away. We would prefer someone with experience in accounting & general administration. The VA's duties will involve data entry while maintaining financial records and reports, making reconciliations, helping with budgeting and closure processes, maintaining accounts payables documents, producing estimates and contracts, and executing general administrative tasks.
 
An outstanding Virtual Assistant should have excellent organizational & analytical skills since you will play a crucial role in supporting your client's day-to-day operations by providing administrative and technical assistance remotely. The VA must also possess strong oral and writing communication as you will be working closely with your Australian clients.

Preparing of bills for payment
Prepare customers' invoices
Bank and book reconciliation
Prepare bank statements of all bank accounts for the BAS reporting of bookkeeper
Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records efficiently.
Handle data entry tasks related to supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and client data.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
Prepare and format documents, contracts, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Communicate with internal team members, suppliers, and clients via email or phone call.
Perform general research tasks and gather relevant information as requested.
Develop and update systems and to-do's from time to time
Take notes and record meetings conducted online
Assist with general Ad hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is required.
Preferably with 1 year (or more) customer service, accounting & virtual assistance experience
Great English Communication (both spoken and written)
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping process and who enjoys a new challenge and will be happy to move onto other administrative/ business management tasks once the data entry and bookkeeping is running smoothly.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe PDF.
Knowledgeable in Xero or Quickbooks
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
