We are seeking a MARKETING SUPERVISOR to oversee and coordinate the marketing's goals and objectives. He /She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing the team's performance. The mission is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. To work together to ensure that the company's products or services are presented in a way that resonates with the target audience.
 
Job Functions
Coordinate all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts
Leading and managing the marketing team and budget
Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for the organization's products and brand
Planning and organizing marketing events, demos, and merchandising
Responding to and resolving customer concerns
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software. This includes tools for email marketing, social media scheduling, and customer relationship management
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding; this involves understanding different marketing platforms and how to use them to increase brand visibility
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. These skills are crucial for interpreting market data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
Technical skills: A good understanding of various technologies used in marketing.
Leadership and collaboration skills are essential for managing a team and working with other departments.
Outstanding people management, communication, and training skills. These skills help in managing the team, conveying ideas effectively, and ensuring everyone is up-to-date.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders. Marketing can often be fast-paced and requires juggling multiple projects at once.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales
