At least 3 years work related experienced in construction, auto or heavy equipment industry.

Preferably with background in heavy equipment rental operation.
Preferably knows how to drive vehicles but not necessary.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Honest, result oriented & can work w/ minimum supervision.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office applications.
