Mynimo is looking for a Marketing Manager who is capable of helping our growing Marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or any related field.
No. of years of relevant work experience: 2-5 years relevant experience in a communications role
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership & direction to department members.
Maintains a positive work environment with the guidance of the company's core values.
Write Email blast/marketing, social media content, blogs and sales presentations.
Conceptualize marketing campaigns for applicants and sales clients.
Assist with the development of email sequence marketing content.
Assist with educating the Sales Unit on writing compelling emails.
Contribute to SEO writing and set-up.
Develop and maintain the company's communication tone.
Write copy for web pages.
Create sales decks and company brochures.
Develop and maintain branding guidelines.
Manage social media channels and advertising placements.
Establishes, maintains and takes charge of press/media relations.
Monitor and take appropriate action on online campaign analytics.
Develop a social media calendar.
Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
Develop protocols for managing communication crises should they arise.
Coordinate with designers in creating marketing assets.
Initiate strategic planning of content distribution and management for brand partnerships.
Provide monthly reports, insights, and trends on website users/applicants.
Set up and publish monthly Facebook ads.
Coordinate with the Development Department when pursuing Growth initiatives as needed.
Perform other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
