MARKETING DIRECTOR
 
The primary function of the Marketing Director is to lead the planning and implementation of the company’s marketing and communications strategies, manage overall branding and corporate image, facilitate the development of new business innovations, as well as support business development and customer acquisition initiatives.   
 
In this role you will:
Plan, execute, and oversee implementation of the annual marketing strategy for the company and for new and existing products or services in line with corporate objectives 
Develop annual or periodic marketing plans in coordination with the other departments for execution
Keep abreast of US home healthcare industry trends, market conditions, market demand, competitors and competitor activities
Oversee all marketing communications activities of the company, and supervise the design and development of creative assets, including the creative execution of all marketing materials
Develop and oversee implementation the company’s brand strategy, as well as maintain and manage the company’s corporate image
Collaborate with Data Intelligence and Compliance departments to manage end-to-end development and promotions of marketing projects for new products or services
Support business development initiatives through evaluating market size and identifying prospects or new business opportunities
Oversee implementation of customer acquisition strategy throughout the customer journey   
To be successful in this role you will need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field 
Successful track record in marketing management roles and creating marketing campaigns, with at least 6 years of experience leading a marketing team
Strong project management and people management skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
