Job Description
The Workshop Manager leads the overall bus maintenance operations, and works with other teams such as the Depot and Interchange Management, and the Bus Operations Control Centre (BOCC) to manage the overall bus service operations. He/She supports org
In addition, he/she leads process improvement initiatives and reviews maintenance, operations and safety audit findings to make informed decisions for improvements.
He/She shows excellent leadership and managerial skills. Furthermore, he/she is analytical and resourceful in managing diverse workshop operations and fleet maintenance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Human Resource Management or similar fields.
A workshop manager oversees the daily operations of a workshop, including managing staff, equipment, and resources. They also ensure that work is completed on time and to high standards.
