Job Description
Operate various tools, including a chainsaw and Safely load and unload logs.
Collect branches from the ground and trees , Drive and maneuver logging equipment (tractors, cube trucks)
Maintain and perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Comply with environmental regulations related to forestry operations
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Ability to read and write and understand English and Ability to operate various logging equipment (tractors, trailers, etc.).
Additional Information:
Previous experience as a logging operator or in forestry operations
Knowledge of safety rules related to forestry operations and Plant and transplant trees
Valid driver's license, an asset
You will be responsible for operating logging equipment to extract, transport, and handle logs (tree trunks) from the cutting area to the deposit sites while ensuring efficient work and compliance with environmental standards.
