Job Description
Coordinating Shift Millers and Bran WH Supervisor and set target for whole operation in Intake, Mill, and Bran WH with target
Follow instruction from Flour Mill Manager in order to achieve production plan given
Transferring each type of wheat from intake to RWB according to daily plan with capacity 160 t/h.
Ensure receipting been done for Wheat intake wheat boat, 1st step receipting for Milling and by product in SAP
Monitor and record Raw Materials usage; Wheat, bulk flour, Thiamine, Millrun, Pelleted millrun as well with packaging materials and consumable stocks usage in Bran WH operations per shift. Data provided must be accurate and tally with system
Ensure quality assurance throughout production process and comply to SOP
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Preferably with fully automatic system flour mill experience Proficient in SAP
