Description
General Responsibility:
Manages the maintenance, implementation and development of operating system and application software and performs related duties as required.
Detailed Responsibility:
Manages InEx in-house IT system and Phoenix system ensuring that these system are operational at any given time.
Responsible for providing software applications which meet the needs of users/management through a common understanding of business objectives.
Write, test and document program code to meet specified requirement which involved monitoring progress, taking remedial actions if progress falls behind schedule, design of test data and supervision of testing phase.
Plan, Organize , Schedule and Prioritize work assignments and projects under minimum supervision and preserve confidential information.
Study the operation process flow of the entire company and integrates software applications to work and complement each other.
Analyze and solve software problems, test and implement cost effective solutions and provide support and efficient daily operation of the data processing system.
Analyze software requirements and needs of the system to work properly and efficiently.
Performs functional system design, user interface and database design.
Creates management report and extract data in the database as per request by the management.
Conduct system analysis for continuous improvement and enhancement. Plan and schedule system enhancements and modifications.
Conduct formal and on the job training for system users in the capabilities and use of computer applications.
Maintains productive working relationship with management, supervisor and co-workers.
Performs task as delegated by the IT Manager
