Job Description
Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Periodic Maintenance (PM) inspection on all types of HVAC units.
Cleans units, changes filters, check belts or change if needed, and lubricate moving parts.
Checks and identifies units for repairs.
Accomplishes repairs on heating and cooling HVAC units.
Complies with all OSHA safety regulations and adherence to proper codes and standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Experience in Maintenenace and Installation of HVAC Systems.
