Are you an experienced HR Generalist that is looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Generalist to support our exciting growth!

Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional.
You are responsible for completing a variety of HR tasks to ensure that HR department will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Your tasks include but not limited to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and labor compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides support in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for both AU and PH
Assists in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Facilitate HR programs and employee engagements to create an efficient and productive workplace
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional first-day experience
Performs payroll computation for PH and AU employees and provide reports to Finance and the Management
Handles PH and AU timekeeping
Process 13th month pay and monetized leave for PH employees
Facilitate in reporting and payment of statutory benefits for both AU and PH
Undertake offboarding processes from preparation of exit documents; exit interviews, as well as final pay computation
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Mgt & Development, or in any relevant field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist especially on recruitment and compensation
With knowledge of employment laws and labor standards
Proficient knowledge in MS Office applications, HRIS systems, and willing to learn new technology systems as needed
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Resourceful and must have strong and meticulous attention to detail
Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Willing to work onsite in our Cebu City office
