1.0 JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for administering a variety of diversified Human Resources Functions:
Employee Relations

2.0 PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Employee Relations
In coordination with Supervisors of other Operating Units:
Administer, supervises the implementation of the company’s Policy on Human Resources, Rules and regulations. Oversees and monitors employees’ compliance to the said policy.
Monitors, validate and records the Employees daily attendance record; i.e., Man-hours worked, tardiness and absenteeism.
Monitors, records daily and update employees VL, SL, EL, unauthorized leaves, Official business activities of the employees, through the approved OB Form.
Issues Notice of Violation to the Supervisor of the erring employees. Ensure to implement and comply with relevant labor laws when issuing disciplinary actions such as suspension and termination of erring employees.
Employee Services, Compensation and Benefits
Responsible for new employees hiring or recruitment either as regular company employee and contractual or project-based employees: From filling–up and approval of Request to Hire Form, ads placement, processing of applicants, initial screening evaluation interview and selection process, schedule of succeeding interviews and ensure submission by selected applicant of all pre–employment requirements.
Conducts orientation of hired applicants regarding Company Policies, systems, guidelines and rules and regulations.
Coordinate and assist other Sections/units in working out, acquiring and facilitating Employees SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth benefits, IDs, and TINs.
Monitor and keep complete and updated records of 201 file of regular employees and the records of all contractual or project–based employees; tenure of service, salaries/ wages, performance appraisal ratings, attendance records, disciplinary actions and other relevant documents. Ensure compliance to labor code on the tenure of service of the contractual or project-based employees.
Processes Clearance and Quit Claim forms and other documents of voluntary-resigning employees, terminated for cause, suspended and/ or dismissed employees. Coordinate with the Internal Legal office and Accounting to ensure compliance to legal procedures under the labor code.
Organizational Development and Employees Training
2.1 Coordinates, supervise the implementation of company yearly activities calendar of events, such as the employees performance review, employees annual physical examination company outings and other sports activities.
2.2 Assist the Immediate Superior and coordinate with Supervisors of other operating Sections/ Units determine the employees training needs. Coordinates and administers all the scheduled training programs.
Other Duties
Work with the Superiors for other Human Resources projects implementation, and other plans that contribute to the attainment of the overall corporate objectives.
Maintain discipline and harmonious relationship with employees and promote safety and good housekeeping awareness and cost consciousness in the office.
Perform other duties as may be delegated by the Superiors
JOB QUALIFICATION
Education : College Graduate, preferably B.S Psychology or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years as HR Staff from a labor-intensive company.
Others : Has an excellent verbal and written communications skills both in
English and Filipino.
: Demonstrates excellent skills in Human and Interpersonal Relations
: Proven leadership ability
: Knowledgeable in the use of computer.
