HR SPECIALIST
 
Job Description:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Handle the documentation process for new hires, including verifying credentials, preparing onboarding packets, and conducting orientation sessions.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness events.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment, training and administration. Open to fresh graduates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City
