HR SPECIALIST
 
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management and Development, Psychology or its equivalent
At least (2) years' experience in human resource functions as a generalist/specialist
With experience in handling end-to-recruitment in an academic or similar settings
Background in conducting training needs analysis and training/development programs
Able to handle employee relations and grievances
Preferably with relevant Safety Officer trainings
Proactive and highly committed in delivering results/outputs
Can work independently with less supervision and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Psychometrician license is an advantage
Three (3) full-time vacancies are available in the campus and one (1) in the Toledo campus.
