HR SPECIALIST - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
 
Qualifications:
BS Psychology Graduate, BSHRDM or Commerce Related Course
Knowledgeable in basic statutory reports
With experience in both Compensation and Benefits for at least 1 year - 3 years
Keen to details and willing to be assigned at Mabolo, Cebu City
Must be committed at work with good working attitude
Result-oriented and keen into details with sense of urgency
Knowledgeable to DOLE regulatory standards (labor laws)
Possess a good reasoning and analytical skills
Responsible for the analysis of compensation and benefits programs
Point of contact in any salary movement
Prepares movement letters such as transfer, promotion and salary adjustment - timekeeping
