HR PAYROLL MASTER
 
Job Description
 
Payroll master responsibilities include calculating employees' compensation and benefits.
 
To use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. Responsible for tracking and managing payroll data. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Responsible of timely payment of required government monthly premiums (SSS, Pag-ibig and PHIC).
Work alongside with HR Manager in designing attractive benefit programs (incentive plan, insurance, health & wellness etc.)
Computes payroll, government statutory contributions and other benefits.
Prepare all government reportorial requirements, maintain and update all necessary report for easy reference.
Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and general HR related questions.
HR Data Management: maintain accurate employee records and HR data bases, including employee personal information, compensation details, tax withholding, and benefits.
Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary adjustment.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and inform HR Manager for the resolution of any issues that may arise.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Assist HR Manager in ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Assist HR Manager in coordination with related HR organization or any government agencies in activities or programs relative to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Other related compensation & benefits tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration/Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
With relevant work experience in a related field of Human Resource
Working experience as Payroll master is required
Advance mathematical skills and strong attention to details and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent in communication and people skills
Knowledgeable in Labor codes of the Philippines
Knowledge of working in an ISO 9001 regulated environment, additional experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is beneficial
