JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures smooth operation of Human Resource and Administration through providing responsive administrative and office support
Monitors all records of the Human Resource department and ensures safekeeping of confidential information
Handles end-to-end recruitment process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Well organized and proficient in documentation and records keeping
With knowledge and skill in using photoshop
Proficient in both oral and written communication
Analytical, active listener, accurate and keen on details
Assertive, confident, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision
Flexible, independent, results-oriented and can do multitasking
Values confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people
