HR OFFICER
Job brief
We are looking for a skilled HR OFFICER who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Job Qualifications
Female
Graduates of exclusive universities with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related course;
Two (2) years of experience as an HR Assistant;
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures;
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
Effective HR administration and people management skills;
Excellent in written, verbal communication and reporting skills;
Job Responsibilities
Be actively involved in the recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process;
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines;
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office & Excel and related business and communication tools;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Develop training and development programs to employees;
Meticulous but patient attention to detail;
Ability to accurately follow instructions;
Supports all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests;
Maintains employees' vacation & sick leave and attendance records as well as employees' tardiness reporting monthly;
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation;
Coordinate training sessions and seminars;
Produces and submit reports on general HR activity;
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews;
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Knowledgeable in the filing and documentation as well as remittances of SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth (e.g.: SSS Sickness Notification, Maternity Notification, etc.);
Administering Compensation and Company Programs;
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
Addresses any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations;
Processes all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval;
Exposure to payroll practices.
