To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager.
 
Job description
Overall responsibility for our human resources department.
Review and recommend HR policies, systems, and procedures. Ensure they are implemented and followed across the organization.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees. This includes definition of job requirements, interviewing, hiring, as well as monitoring the introduction, training, and onboarding program.
Prepare and monitor the companywide annual training program. Create learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Conduct annual employee performance evaluation.
Conduct incident investigations and implement subsequent disciplinary actions, including termination where necessary.
Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and incentives to ensure organization attracts and retains top talents.
Manage payroll process supported by HRMax software, create payroll register and related reports.
Maintain and monitor benefit programs like health service provider, group life insurance, company doctor, canteen concessionaire.
Submit monthly government reports and remittances. Ensure legal compliance to all relevant government agencies and regulations.
Process DOLE Alien Employment Permit and PEZA Visa application of expats.
Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for visitors.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, or other issues. Ensure an open and active communication in both directions.
Lead the team of HR staff, utilities, and security guards.
Lead the communication team of the company's environmental, health and safety committee.
Liaise with other HR organizations and government agencies to support corporate social activities (CSR) and similar programs.
Regular reporting to General Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or Psychology or any related course.
Multiple years of experience as HR Manager in a mid-sized company.
Thorough knowledge of labor law and regulations to maintain compliance.
Modern approach to organizational assessment, employee training, performance evaluation, and related development and incentive programs.
Extensive experience in setting up targeted training programs, company-wide, to groups and individual employees, including monitoring of training result and performance improvement.
Able to connect to all levels within company, identify and understand issues, and relay information. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Experience working in a PEZA-accredited, foreign-owned and foreign-managed company is preferable.
Knowledge working in an ISO 9001 regulated environment, additional experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is beneficial
