HR MANAGER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
A. RECRUITMENT
- Oversees the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;
- Understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Manpower forecasts
 
B. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Ensures accuracy of employee masterfile
- Conducts new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Benefits administration
- Leave availment and monitoring
 
C. EMPLOYEE / LABOR RELATIONS
- Performs employee discipline, disputes and investigation.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, as well as, complex and/or sensitive matters.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed. Represent the company before the DOLE, NLRC, SENA whenever necessary
- Ensures compliance with national and local government policies.
- Plan and execute occupational health and safety standards.
 
D. ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Monitors Fixed Assets management, requests, and inventory.
- Monitors the maintenance of the office and office tools and equipment.
 
E. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
 
F. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
 
G. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Performs other duties as assigned
