Duties:
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand the requirements of the role. (What is good to have vs must have etc)
Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter's advanced search
Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and cultural fit
Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to offer management/ negotiation and closing
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally in both agency and in-house/RPO settings
Excellent in direct sourcing of passive candidates, creating boolean search strings, and have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Skilled in candidate and offer management
A fast learner, detail-oriented and strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across various levels
Able to manage up to 15 requisitions independently at any point in time
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
