HR GENERALIST
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists HR Manager in achieving HR goals and objectives, particularly in the areas of recruitment, administration/records, employee benefits, and employee relations.
Assists HR Manager in the formulation and administration of HR policies and procedures
Assists HR Manager in maintaining effective, efficient, and various communication systems for Employee-Management relations.
Maintains accurate and updated records and processes all necessary paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes of employees.
Respond to HR-related inquiries and concerns
Support initiatives that drive employee management and enablement.
