Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a
technical issue
Converse with clients using appropriate language
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Job Qualifications
Must have good English or Spanish communication skills
Strong customer service personality and able to be questionable
At least 6 months of Technical support experience in a BPO setting
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Can start immediately

Must have a FAST and STABLE (not choppy) land based internet connection (not
the cellular connection) and a PC or Windows laptop with headset (with mute
button).
Must have a separate room at home (so the agent can talk all night and not worry
about waking your roommates or family).
