REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business Management or any related field,
Experienced in running a manufacturing company,
Ability to create and emplement strong policies and procedures consistent to the organizational need,
In - depth knowledge to assess and improve operational processes,
Ability to manage day- to- day operations and ensure efficient workflow,
Proven experience in a senior leadership role,
Strong Analytical and decision making abilities,
Adepth at building and leading a performing teams to achieve peak productivity and performance,
Demonstrate the ability to drive results to manage change
Ability to prioritize task and excellent in comminication skills to keep the team on track.
